"Your kingdom come, Your will be done - on earth as it is in heaven." Every church, including ours, is a little witness of the kingdom of God, and we have been called and empowered by Jesus's Spirit to make it so. We are so grateful to God for your participation in this church. Your service to one another, in whatever ministry, is a witness to the goodness of Jesus's kingdom now and a foretaste of the kingdom yet to come. He sees and He will reward you, but we wanted to say thank you as well. Thank you for making New City a little more on earth like it is in heaven!
Below you will find some current opportunities. If you don't know where to start or have a question, reach out to our volunteer coordinator Paula Richard. She is there to answer questions and help you get connected to an opportunity that makes sense for you.

We as New City Church have “adopted” East Dover Elementary School right across the road from our building. We are hoping to love and bless the students and the staff who serve them through this partnership. We will be addressing needs as they are brought to our attention by the staff and there are also a number of ways for our members to volunteer at the school if they are interested (reading to kids, helping kids in the cafeteria, mentorship programs, etc.). To be updated on opportunities as we have them, join the East Dover Serving group below.
